REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Relaxing Umbrella, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer return and refund options under the following conditions.

1. Eligible Products for Return or Refund

We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases: the product arrived damaged, defective, or in poor condition; the product received does not match the order placed; or the order did not arrive within the estimated delivery time (more than 40 days after shipping confirmation). Returns are not accepted for change of mind or product misuse.

2. Timeframe to Request a Return

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

3. Request Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please send an email to relaxingumbrella@gmail.com with your full name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos of the damage (if applicable). Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and provide the next steps.

4. Product Return

In most cases, product returns will not be required due to our dropshipping model. If a return is necessary, we will send you the corresponding shipping instructions and address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us or our supplier.

5. Refunds

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account is 5 to 10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds are not accepted for sale or clearance items, customized or special-order products, or any items damaged due to misuse after delivery.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Product Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. For exchanges, please email us at relaxingumbrella@gmail.com with the details of your case.
